How it works

  1. Your parent taps one big button and describes the problem out loud.
  2. The helper shows one step at a time in huge type, and asks "did that work?"
  3. If it can't fix it, or if anything smells like a scam, it texts you a ready-made message: what they said, what was tried, and a suggested fix. You reply in normal Messages.
